1614 Weber is nestled in the middle of a block of historic homes. So, when we got the call from Impact Church (who owned the lot at that time) saying they were ready to sell, we knew we had to infill the vacant lot with a single family home – complementing the other homes already there!
Now, there is Respectfully Built, 4 bed / 2.5 bath, Craftsman style house on the previously vacant lot! This home measures at 1,800 sf, and sits tall within a 5,000 sf intermediate lot. We’ve built this floor plan before (at 1305 Summer) and received tons of positive feedback for its open plan layout, good sized rooms and extra deep front porch! We also mimicked the Craftsman style columns seen on the front porch, into the interior of the home – using the columns to distinguish between the dining area and kitchen – all part of the Craftsman-era charm!
