We’re super excited to share this news – we’re almost complete at this Respectfully Built, new construction, 2-story home, right here in the First Ward!

In the last few years, we’ve had a number of young families get in touch, wanting to move into the First Ward, and into a larger home for their growing families. We’ve also had calls from those who need a couple more bedrooms to use as offices as they’re now working from home a few days a week, or some, permanently.

So, we got to work designing floor plans for a family friendly, open plan, 2-story home that will hopefully meet the many needs of a home and family in today’s world! There will be a bedroom with an en-suite bath on the first floor – super convenient for visiting friends or family.
