This is FW Heritage’s very first Respectfully Restored house. We purchased this Victorian cottage from a family who owned her for over 60 years. Previously a 2 bed/1 bath house, the original square footage was finessed to now include a second full bathroom and mud room/laundry area.

Every room is charming and character-filled, but the highlight of the home is most definitely the generously sized kitchen, with exposed bead boards on 3 walls, a deep window seat and 2 windows looking out onto the backyard…

The current owners have since worked their design and decorating magic, both on the interior and exterior, and the house is now a comfy, cozy and welcoming home with charm, character and  history, befitting its location as part of the High First Ward Historic District (established May 28, 2014)
