Located on an extra wide street, and anchored in the front by bay windows, this early 1910s house is yet another First Ward treasure! The previous owners lived here for 37 years – raising their family and creating happy memories. We promised to Respectfully Restore the house, and welcome the new family who will be creating their own wonderful memories in the home!

Previously sitting daintily at 1,107 sf, we have also Respectfully Added-On – the house is now a good-sized 3 bed / 2 bath home at 1,615 sf, on a 5,000 sf intermediate lot. As part of the Add-On, the bay windows at the front, were mimicked at the back of the house, giving the homeowners a spanning sightline of their backyard and a spectacular view of Downtown Houston!

The original part of the home boasts double hung wood windows, hardwood floors, wainscoting in the hallway and solid wood doors.
